17 February 2009:
Glued the windshield and frontal parts on the chassis.

Unfortunately, the chrome radiator frame was badly chromed on the upper right side (shown in pic), so I covered the whole frame with BMF. The radiator bezel and the hood parts do not properly match.

25 February 2009:
I glued in the floor, steering wheel and the seats.

Meanwhile, I had prepared the "wooden" side and rear panels. I did not use the bad stickers given with the kit, but instead, I used paint to imitate wood. For the panels, I used gloss yellow oxide shade spray can; and for the frame, I painted with brush, gloss light brown. To emphasize the wood pattern for the panels, I rubbed #1000 sandpaper very lightly over the wood grain patterns of the plastic.
For the hinges and other metal supports, I used Gunze Iron Metalizer paint.
