This is a very
fine kit, as is the car itself. Excellent molding quality. However, the
inner door chrome strips had to be shaved at one end and bent inwards
to
suit the space. And the upper chrome strip above the front grille had a
connection with the parts tree right at its very front - the first
place
when you look at the car. So I applied Bare Metal Foil to this part, as
well as the other chromed parts, where cut from the tree. I used Tamiya
metallic blue acrylic spray paint, followed by two clear coats. The
front
grille was given a blackwash. The signal and stop lamps have Bare Metal
Foil at their bases too, for better light reflection.
